Maybe getting your real life learner permit. Don't forget a warning flag for
you nose stuck 10 feet in the air. Might spear a bird flying by or something.

I am interested in what/when the next worthwhile racing sim will be.  I have
climbed the GPL mountain and NASCAR 2 is crude by comparison.  What next?

well I am looking at the Can AM game from Motor sims
and the 24 hour le mans game... did anyone see the new add for it in the PC
gamer? Looks like at least 2 classes of cars as I can tell.

I've heard rumors that ABC Interactive will be releasing a Kenny Brack
Signature Edition of their ABC Indy Racing sim . . . NOT! <G>

Seriously, though, Trans Am Racing from GT Interactive looked to be
the next big thing, but it looks now like EAI will be converting their
TAR effort into a Dukes of Hazard sim -- whatta waste.

Other than that, the Can Am and Le Mans titles look to be the next big
things.  After that, though, look for GT Interactive's IRL and Indy
500 sim(s) -- there are also rumors of a historic (1960s) Indy 500
simulation, a la GPL ("Indy Racing Legends" is the working title I've
heard bantered about).  For details on this, check out the following

Enjoy!
