Ferrari 355 Challenge, Dreamcast or PC?

Anybody know if Ferrari 355 Challenge will be released on the Sega
Dreamcast, and when?

I had no intension of buying the Dreamcast in the near future, but if
Ferrari Challenge is going to be on it (and as long as it's similar to
the arcade version, and nothing like the PC conversion of Daytona USA
and Sega Rally), I would buy a Dreamcast JUST for that single game!

Any word if a PC version, perhaps?
