What is the most realistic rally sim currently available for the PC?

Currently, it would be "Colin McRae Rally", made by Codemaster. It's not
ultra-realistic, but it's the best one at the moment. The game engine and
physics are "ok", between arcade-style and sim-style racing.
The upcoming Rally99, made by the team who created RAC Rally Championship
and IRC Rally championship (Europress), looks promising, and should be the
"most realistic rally sim" as you asked. I think the release for it is
summer of 99, but I guess I still need to search for that German Demo David
