TIR With ATI Radeon 9700

Installed this ATI card about a week ago on a clean install of Win 98 SE so
I would not have any driver conflicts after removing my Nvidia TI4400 card.
After installing it TIR (Total Immersion Racing) will not run. Windows and
the game are all patched out and I am using the latest catalyst drivers and
Direct-X 9.0. Before the ATI card it ran fine. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Can't help, but can reassure that TIR runs fine w. my ATI 9500 Pro and 3.1
Catalysts on ME/DX9.0a.
