There were actually two grandstands, drivers left, on the outside of turns
two and three at Riverside. They were nearly identical in size and seperated
by about 50 feet, the only difference in the two being the Goodyear Tower at
the back of the north grandstand. The grandstand in the screenshot on the
Papy site looks about twice the size of the real ones and closer to the
track (l have a good sized library of Riverside photographs) but I'll
reserve judgement until I get a chance to hustle one of those "Birds" up
through the esses myself<g>. I can't wait!
