Im interesed what are the best times made with default setups in Grand Prix
Legends. Is it possible to do a 1:04 at Watkins Glen with the default setup?

Yeah the defaults will do 1:04 easy..probably 1:03 aswell as long as you
take the fuel out.  Don't think anyone keeps track of laptimes with default
setups though.
