I have the MS FF Wheel pedal combo and when I calibrated it in GPL it
gave me Axis 0 for Steering, Axis 1 for Gas, and Axis 3 for brake.
This worked great as I was able to Brake/Gas at the same time. Now for
some reason it only gives me Axis 0 for steering and shares Axis 1 is
shared Gas/Brake where one negates the other.. Is there a way to set
it so it goes to seperate axises? It did it once that I am sure of,
just don't know how or why...

You have to go into the Profile Activator and create a GPL profile with
"Separate Axis" checked in the Settings section.
