GP3 Joystick axes question for MS FF wheel

In the registry key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\MediaProperties\PrivateP
roperties\Joystick\OEM\Microsoft SideWinder Force Feedback Wheel\Axes

I see three axes, 1, 2, and 5. 1 has as default value "X", 2 has value "Y"
and 5
has value "Rz". I suppose 1 is steering, 2 is gas and 5 is the brake pedal.

Now the question is what value should I enter to make axis 5 act like it is
the GP3 Joy B Horizontal, if at all possible? I have tried to make it "Z",
but that does not make any difference.

I've been looking at exactly the same thing, except with a LWFF. All
we need to do is find someway of making 5 (the brake) into a J2X or
J2Y axis, then GP3 would work. Dont know if its possible though.
