GPL: MS ff wheel - split-axis support?

How do I enable split-axis support on the MS ff wheel, for use with
GPL?

It's wierd, because in the Windows device test, the pedals seem to be
on separate axis - I can press both independently, and they don't
affect each other. But in GPL they share axis 1, and the brakes
"cancel out" the throttle in-car. How can this be?

Hi,
Open the Sidewinder profiler, click parameters,  on the windows where you
can change dead zone ,etc. You have a radio buttons to choose either
separated or combined axis !
