LWFF trouble!!! Help!!!

I had my LWFF disconnected for a short time and I went to recconnect it and
now it doesn't work. I plug it back in and it turns from stop to stop, the
left LED comes on, and thats it. The "USB device detected" message doesn't
come on or anything. I have tried reinstalling the software, restarting my
computer, everything. Has anybody had similar experiences?

This may sound stupid but check the connection on the pedals. This happened
to me and it took longer than it should have to find a loose connection.
