N4 problem

by Steephen Whit » Fri, 19 Apr 2002 04:51:25

Running N4 on xp with my new sidewinder ff wheel parallel gameport
connection.
The problem is that sometimes it sounds and acts as if i.ve lifted off the
throttle even though the loud pedal is floored to the foundations. Ive tried
turning off the FF but the problem still remains. I used a basic wheel  (no
pedals) before I got the sidewinder 2 days ago and had no throttle probs
with that. This problem must affect my lap times. Is there any remedy?

Maybe try remapping the throttle and brake to a couple buttons on the
wheel and see if the problem persists.  Maybe you got a bad set of
pedals.
