N4 problems even after patch

Ok this is one I haven't seen here yet but...

I ran a no damage 50% at Fontana, and when qualifying, I lost it and
hit the wall.  The car had damage.  I tried this a couple of times and
purposely wrecked - damage.  no damage during the practice, warmup or
race though.  Is this one purpose or a bug?

also, another problem at Fontana...
The spotter got confused during a caution, wanted me to pass a car
about 15 positions up, yet stay behind the last car on the pace lap
(by saying stay behind the 1 car, not go to the end of the longest
line).   When I pitted, I came out in about 22nd, but wound up having
to go back to 39th because of this.  but the cars from 22nd on back
just kind lulled around going about 10 miles and hour (probably
waiting for me to come up there?)

After a lap or two of this and "no wait, we're NOT going green this
time by" the pace car came by and plowed through us...

I retired in disgust...

Well, it's not really a problem.  I run some no-damage offline races
when learning a track so when I make mistakes I don't have to totally
start over.  Then when I have the groove and setup down, I can run a
damage race.

Just thought it might be a bug... :)
