Steve Life GPL updates--realism??

I just discovered the Steve Life GPL updates (http://www.racesimcentral.net/).
Stunningly gorgeous in two words.  Just wondering if anyone could comment on
the accuracy of these.  I am GPLEA fan and have graphical updates for
everything already in GPL, but will use these if they are more accurate than
others.

Well, some seem nice, but his Zandvoort update wasn't all that much like
the real thing in the sixties. I'm Dutch, and I happen to think the
GPLEA's update is better.
