Does Win95 do USB or just Win98?

I have win98 and it works great a friend has Win95, but wants a USB
Wheel
his computer has 2 usb ports, I just was not sure if Win95 supported
them.

Windows 95 C (OSR 2.5) does only support the USB Root Hub. (But not on
all mainbords) This means that USB devices only are supported if the
manufacturer provide a special W95C driver for it. The older W95
doesn't support USB.

IMO, only use USB if you've W98....otherwise you'll grow old early.
