HELP: MS Sidewinder Freestule Pro (USB) on "real" simulators

by Peter Lock » Fri, 30 Oct 1998 04:00:00

My machine was not achieving reasonable frame rates on GPL and with
frustration at drift, dirty pots and delays in FF wheels in the UK I'm
trying the MS Freestyle via USB.

It works great on the supplied MS Motocross Madness and the game is good
fun. But the vehicles only have 2 wheels and my main interest is in 4 !

Has anyone been able to set this up to use analog on TOCA, GPL, Colin McRae
Rally ? ( My 3 current favourite sims )

So far, I've had no success and MS on-line support has got to be the worst I
have ever come across !!

HELP ! I'm trying to setup a PC network for some serious racing this weekend
at our Grand Prix party. In the UK, we're getting it at 2am, so we're going
to play a few races to keep us awake :-)

Hope someone can help me.

Cheers

Peter
