MS FF wheel profiler

Hello,

I am currently installing all my racing games on my new system (GPL, Toca2,
SCGT, CPR, ICR2) and while testing all the games I am getting mighty tired
of changing the profile for the wheel. First click the systray icon, click
"Sidewinder Software", click my "Seprate basic" profile, click close, click
close, and then start the program Start->programs->sierra->gpl->gpl

Thats 10 mouse clicks and positively annoying.

Are there any way of making a batch file or anything so the right profile is
chosen when I start a game.

Like this example: GPL.BAT
SET Sidewinder=Seperate.sww
gpl.exe

Any ideas ?

That's an excellent point, Olav! It's a pain in the neck!

One of the features that will be incorporated in *future* versions of GPaL
is the ability to 1) automatically "clear your desktop" of applications that
you don't want running while GPL runs, and 2) to automatically load programs
that you need to run GPL, like a specific MSFF profile, for example.

If anyone knows anything about command line or programmatic interaction with
the MSFF utilities, I'll be sure to include it in a future version of GPaL.

Thanks!
