Hi Folks!

As a regular Lurker here I read the postings about wheels being good. No I
need one for myself, especially for GPL.
I've just seen the Ferrari Wheel without ForceFeedback in a store. It is
less than half the price of the FF-Version.
Since I'm not that convinced about FF, maybe thats the way to go. I will
mostly run GPL, therefore the good pedals of the FF-version are important,
supposing they are the same in the NON-FF.

Anyone tried this wheel without FF. Is it the same quality as the FF ?

Hi,
I bought a Ferrari Wheel non-FF four months ago (exclusively for GPL), and I
like it a lot. This is my first wheel, so I cannot compare it to any other.
The direction controls are very precise, and the wheel *feels* right. The
centering springs are well balanced. (The only drawback comes from the
pedals, that look a bit cheap, and aren't stiff enough. But with a light
foot (remove your riding boots before driving ;-) ) you can easily get used
to it. With this wheel I peeled handfulls of seconds off my best laps (done
with a flimsy joystick) easily!
