Finally - Codemasters has multi-axis support!!

Just thought some of you guys might like to know that TOCA2 supports
independant brake/accl. axis! I picked up about 2 seconds just from this
fix alone. Both the Accord and the Van Diemen are great fun. Whilst no
GPL, the driving model is certainly very satisfying to drive, Can't wait
for the full version!
