Absolutely no issues with you at all Mitch. Perfectly clean and no contact
occured.
The issue at the time was elsewhere, but on looking at the replay it was at
best 50/50. Basically, another car had gone low as I was entering the turn
and was slightly alongside me, my spotter didn't say anything until there
was contact, by which time it was too late.
In the heat of the moment I just got mad, stresses of real life got in the
way of rational thought. So please all accept my apologies for my conduct
before I left the race.

Jan,
I got a  chuckle out of your joke and I don't think any of us imagined
such a tragic event had occured for John.  Again I wish John a speedy and
pain free recovery.

Which is basically what I said.  I don't feel that I'm projecting *anything*
towards Sean.  If so, why don't I do it towards anyone else?

You said "I don't trust Sean", while in fact you're not confident you can
read his intentions correctly. That's like saying it's his fault you don't
feel confident, i.e. projection.

Anyway... don't expect the expected or the unexpected. If you do and
something happens, it surprises/scares you. If you don't it merely
registers. Same principle as horror movies, without the build-ups they use,
the things you see would be a lot less scary.

My response was "a lack of confidence in your ability to hold a line", or words
to that effect.  That was referring to his driving.  It has absolutely nothing
to do with feelings about my *own* skills.  Anything else is unfounded
inferrence on your part...  If I'm uncomfortable at a track, I admit it.  Have
you ever known me NOT to?  Hell, I've even stayed out of races on purpose, so
as not to***it up for other drivers.  At Daytona, I'm a pretty damn GOOD
driver, thank you.

Besides, at least a couple of other people(including you) have also mentioned
being wary around Sean.  But I'm the only one who's projecting...?<shrug>
