best rendition card ?

Can anyone direct me toward the best rendition card ? I have the
original Reactor "Intense" card that came out a year ago.  Is there a
newer version of this chipset.  And if there is how  much of an
improvement is there over the first version. I can't really complain
about the performance of ICR2 and n2  but would like to have an
improvement in SODA off road racing.  Thanks in advance

The newer chipsets are just now coming to market, with the release of
the V2100 based Diamond StealthII just a few days ago.  The Hercules
Thriller3D, a V2200 based card, should be out in a few weeks.

I have a  Soundblaster 3D Rendition card.  Will I be able to update my card to
the new specs or is this an entirely new chip set?  Stupid question, can I add
memory to my card?  If so has anyone else done this and has it helped?
Thanks,
Gary

Greg,

Where have you been hiding?  I've recently seen Creative's card, and
Intergraph's card for $99.00 at Fry's.  The new Rendition chipset is
the V2100 and the V2200.  Diamond has released a board based on the
V2100, and it's selling for around $120.  The performance is
supposedly much better compared to the original V1000 chiip.

Nope, you'll have to swap it out for one of the new cards.
