No controls in N2 when I start with WIN95 ??

I can start the Nascar2 game in WIN95. But It doesn't have any
controls..Nothing ! Im using a TSW and it works fine from DOS but in
WIN95 the game doesnt recognize it and acts like it's frozen or
something. It wont even let me assign the controls to the keyboard..
Any ideas?
