Running N2 in a Win95 window

Running N2 in a Win95 window

I may be missing something, but no matter how hard I try I cannot get
the sim to run in a Win95 window.  It seems to dump me to full screen
DOS mode with every configuration I've tried.

You're probably saying to yourselves.."Why on earth would you want to
run in a window??"

Well, when designing new cars, it would be extremely helpful to be able
to run the sim in a window while simultaneously running PSP, thereby
allowing you to switch from the sim paintshop to PSP without completely
exiting the game each time.

If anyone is currently doing this, please let me know the parameters
that work best for you.  I've never had a problem getting any program to
run in a window, and this is really bugging me.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I dont run it in a window either, but what worked for me was
go under properties for NCR2, on the misc screen select
ctrl-esc down on windows short cuts.  That lets me hit
ctrl-esc to minimize ncr2 to the taskbar.

Same here, but I use Alt-Tab to switch between running programs.  I
adapted an old NASCAR1 .PIF for NASCAR2.  It *doesn't* work with the
Rendition mode, though. :(

Before you send me UCE, I know what you're thinking...  Did he complain
to five or six postmasters last month?  Now, you must ask yourself one
question: "Do I feel lucky?"  Well, do you, punk?

I think that the only possible way to do what you want is what
"Scurvydog" suggested in an earlier post.  Due to the way the program
handles the "screen" it can only be run in a full DOS window.
