The only problem I've had is this, while on Kali if I decide to host a
race, and 4 or more people show up, Win95 Crashes. Fatally I might
add. Does anyone know the fix for this.

Appreciate any helpl

Two things: if you are hooked up to your ISP by anything short of a
2-B ISDN channel, fractional T-1, or Ethernet link, you will be unable
to host that many players in an N2 race.

An analog modem is not up to the task of communicating with more than
1 (maybe 2) other players. (Each dialer needs about a 9600bps data
stream. So to connect to 4 other players, you need better than 33.6.
In fact, due to the overhead of IPX and Kali, you need a good bit
more, probably over 56K)

Assuming you have a very fast connection to the network, you should
try setting the number of players down slightly (instead of 39, try 32
or so) There is an existing bug which causes a crash in multiplayer if
39 cars are selected at a track which can have 39 cars. (This will be
fixed.)

Of course, the official policy is that we've shipped an 8-player IPX,
and Kahn/Kali are unsupported. I'll personally try to make general
recommendations on how to use them here on rec.auto.sim, but you
should know it's not officially supported.

Else we won't have anything to "chat" about here.
