N2: need multiplayer modem setup help

Hi -

I have a CPI 33.6 ViVa modem.  The drivers are loaded in DOS because
if I do 'copy con: com2:' I can get the modem to dial from the dos
prompt.  However, running Nascar 2 from DOS, I can't get the modem to
initialize when trying to multiplayer connect.

Anyone have any ideas?
