N4 Track Idea

N4 Track Idea

I think almost everybody here would agree that what N4 needs is more
road courses. Everybody that agrees with that knows that there is an
effort afoot that will bring some of the GPL tracks to N4.

To whomever is performing these track conversions, I'd like to propose
that the existing N4 road tracks (Sears Point and Watkins Glen) could be
"reversed" as well.  It takes a completely different mindset to drive
these courses in the reverse and I think it would be loads of fun.

The benefit of reversing these tracks is that they're already in the
correct format.  The only things I can think of that would need to be
changed are the pit walls (maybe only at sears point) and the track.ini
settings.

I think it would be cool to be able to race the ovals clockwise.

Not sure about the different mindset requirement, but I do agree it would be fun.

Like madDAWG suggested, some shorter ovals would be ideal.

For me personally, packed earth flat 1/4 mile ovals, clockwise direction,
standing starts eight a*** and a set of fully sorted 3d models.

ratbag couldn't do it right, maybe we could butcher something of papy's into
shape :o)

cheers
