N4--track adhesion How to adjust???

by mrTV » Sat, 17 Feb 2001 09:52:15

Greetings....

I love N4.....unfortunately....I can no llonger drive worth shit.

Even in "arcade" mode..the car slides all over the place, which makes my new
N4 purchase a nightmare.

I really want to get into this game...but it's soooo realistic, it's not fun
(my hat's off to real WC drivers for keeping their cars on the track)

Anyway....elsewhere on this NG, there was talk of adjusting the track
adhesion settings.

How do you do that?

Do you have to do each track separately?

I DON'T race online......I just want to tinker a little with my game, and
make it enjoyable for me at my current level of driving expertise......

THANKS in advance to anyone/everyone that can help out here.

Tony

Oh man!  I feel your pain!  (g)

No no!  It's a challenge!  Nothing more!

Don't!  Trust me on this!  I was where you are now last week.  But then I
loaded Intermediate and rode rode rode!  Once you get the feel all your old
skill will slip back into the notch.

Thats funny, now if someone had made this comment about some other game,
such as Heat or any other racing game, people in this newsgrooup would be
saying how much the game sucks.  But as long as Sierra does it, then its
fine, its just a challenge.

I'm not singling you out, but I've noticed that in this newsgroup from
others.
