I have the "Network Q Rally simulator" and it is pretty good. Harder to
drive than a real Pro-Rally car! The game is a simulation of the entire
RAC rally, including spectators. You can set the weather and surface
conditions etc. The game needs a steady hand to play (and a good quality
joystick, which I don't have :-( The game is marketed in the USA by
Accolade.
As for WWW pages, there are several. The SCCA has a home page which
links to a few other Rally WWW selections as well.
