For some reason MS CART will not use my Orchid Righteous 3D card (definitely
no click!!). It is using my STB 128 and I have the screen flickering. I
assume it is fairly simple to redirect the software to use the 3dfx card.

I think you need to get something called 3D Control Centre(3DCC.EXE)
to have Direct3D directed to the alternate card. It should be
available on Operation 3DFX's web site.
