101 uses for a voodoo 1 3dfx card

The documentation for my Orchird Righteous 3Dfx card
said "we hope this card gives a lifetime of quality service"

However, less than 12 months later, it looks like its coming
out of the PC to be replaced by a Voodoo 3. A neccesity
I'm sure you would all agree.

If I haven't got the heart to chuck my 99 card straight in the
bin, so ... what do I do with it?

1... Donate it to my work PC
2... Use as a beer mat
3... Frame for historic interest.
4... Use to

In the PC industry, 12 months IS a lifetime.

Sell it to a gullible friend for 50+ ! Just tell them it's 'Top of the
range, state of the art'. That's what the shops would do...

I take no responsibility for your actions...

You could give it to someone less fortunate than yourself.

When I replaced my Pure 3D with a V2, I gave the V1 to my best friend along
with an extra copy of F1RS. Now we  race modem to modem...

Loan it to your brother that is too poor to upgrade his P200MMX :-)

That's what I did.

I am just hoping for a 3d version of Novell NDS or Domino so I can put the old
Voodoo 1's into my servers!
