I downloaded the 13 meg movie from Microsoft's web site, only to find that it
contained almost no footage from the game itself. There were only a few seconds
here and there showing a couple of different camera angles, the rest is footage
from actual CART races. No game sound either, the whole thing is set to music.
If you want to know what the game will be like, pass on this turkey and wait
for a playable game demo.
I agree. Wasted my time....even if the download only took 45 seconds with
my cable modem. Chuck

This "demo" is intended for P.O.S. use as promotional material.

Does that mean that your race event is cancelled and you get to sit in
the pits and watch the rain effect, or does it mean the race start is
delayed and you get to sit in the pits and watch the rain effect? :)

Yes, the *new* demo movie is really pretty good - about 50 secs of
straight action from the game. You can find it the CART Precision
Racing page at www.microsoft.com/games.
