Microsoft Precision Racing indycar demo

Microsoft Precision Racing indycar demo

I've just played with the downloadable racing demo from Microsoft.  The
graphics are pretty good and the Laguna Seca track ( the only one in the
demo) is much more realistic that ICR2.

A couple things: the car sounds like a Trans Am car good sound  though,
the car is really hard to steer it tends to wander (I've got a T1).

Is the full game a good deal?

thanks, I don't get a chance to read  much news these days but I know
the folks in this ng are up on this stuff.

regards,

wil

Many people, myself included, really like the sim. It does have some flaws,
but most of them should be fixed with the upcoming patch. MS seems very
committed to making CPR a top sim.

Other folks have trouble getting a satisfactory frame rate, or are so
annoyed by the current flaws (and don't want to wait for the patch), or are
so used to ICR2, that they have decided CPR isn't for them.

Bottom line: if you like the demo, you will love the full version.
