Yah--article in computer games strategy plus talked about it--it's
optimised for a 3dfx-equipped pentium-no mention of MMX
enhancements-with some new views for looking further down the track,
following the track's direction (so if youre at an oval, your view will
be to your left, following the curve of the track).  They're using the
engine from Monster Truck Madness, and are claiming it's going to be a
*** sim. We hope.

Ugh. I hope they do a lot better on the D3D code this time - MTM is
not exactly impressive on a 3dfx.

Better yet, They "Micro$oft" should dump D3D all together. It is just plain
Bad.
"Primitive" is the word used in the voodoo manual.
From what I have been reading D3D on Psygonsis F1 is very slow.
Lucas arts decided not to use D3D at all for XvT.
All this This tells us something. D3d Blows.
