I have some problems with the driving school in F1 2002..

I just did the Hockenheim test, got the gold medal on each section
within 5 tries, and on my first try I won the gold medal on the full
lap test.

At Monza however, I tried the first secion more than 200 times and my
best time is still 0.4 seconds slower than the time needed for a gold
medal. And the first section only consist of the first chicane..

The same goes for the other sections.. some sections are dead easy,
sometimes I'm more than half a second faster than the gold medal time,
other sections seem impossible..

Anyone else experiencing the same problems?

I just gave it a go and I was .2 off the gold after about eight tries. Stop
trying it for awhile and then when you come back, you'll probably have no
trouble getting the gold. :-) Sometimes we get stuck in a rut.

You really spent an hour and 40 minutes doing that?

You could also ask why people do thousands of laps in GPL to improve their
times.

Yeah - but this is the crappy F12002 driving school ( which was refered to
as "driving tests just like the real drivers" in F12001 ) - I mean - would
the time not be better spent driving something that didnt have 2 or more
seats?

Maybe it's just me?

And you spend all that time peering in peoples windows counting how many
laps they do!

Sad man.

Gerry, I spend a lot of time on VROC, I hear first hand how much time people
spend on GPL. In my opinion it's a wholly valid comparison.

What the F**k is your problem anyway ?
You are obviously the sad man,  you assume you know everything.

You're not big and certainly not clever !

True, but it's only at certain sections where I'm so much off the
pace. I got the gold at Hockenheim yesterday after a only couple of
tries, thought I was having a good day, tried Monza again after that,
0.5 seconds slower than the gold medal time :-/

The amount of time people spend on their hobby is their business, not
yours.

You could say the same to Doug then.
But you didn't.
