I have the same problems when hosting. Racing offline it does not occur. I
believe it has to do with the way the sim is handling packets coming in. This is
purely a guess as I have tried everything else. I also set my bios voltage up
to an asinine setting to see if this would help. No Go. For me it is
intermittent, no rhyme or reason to it. The only thing I notice is when the sim
locks up, someone is logging in to my server. Hmm.
