Hi, after having played F1 2000 a little more I have to say that the
graphics still look great -I do have a system that can handle it, with the
mirrors off, with basically everything on and up maximum, though- and
everything seems pretty decent so far... EXCEPT FOR THE DARN FACT that the
computer controlled drivers can't seem to contain their glee at ramming me
in the back and trying to nudge me off the road. Two out of three race
starts with major smash-ups seems a bit worrisome too. The start of an F1
race is quite damngerous and big messes do occur and it is nice to see that
in there but I have a bad feeling that it might occur like 80-90% of the
time or soemthing. Is there a way to make the computer drivers not drive
like kamikazees? This really brings the game WAY down. Sure, it's not
perfect otherwise and I haven't had enough time to notice everything yet,
but it really does seem to be pretty good aside from the *** mess of the
crazed computer drivers. I think I could really get into it if this were
to be fixed.

Are you playing the Warez version by any chance? The retailversion has much
better AI...

Both the Warez and the retailversion are 1.04, but after installing the
retailversion I noticed that  my tires didnt lockup as easily as they did in
the warez version. Also the AI's didnt lockup their tires under braking and
as a result of that they stopped ramming me in the back....

I have no problems with the AI 'ramming me in the back'. I'm using the
retail version at 100%.

No, it is the full retail version.
