GPL.....the memories flow!

After several hours of total immersion in this delightful little demo I
am now able to drift my Brabham through all the corners, my little
computer arms crossed-over as I hold on the opposite lock and then wind
it off as I straighten up.

Then replaying these laps and watching the car in TV1/TV2 camera mode, I
am instantly taken back to the times when I watched Jack (and others) do
exactly the same thing at various racing circuits here in Australia
between 1963 and 1970.

For a brief moment in time, and in my imagination, I *AM* Jack Brabham.

No other racing sim has provided me with this same feeling.

Awesome and unforgettable.........brilliant job, Papyrus.  Totally
brilliant programming.

Agree wholeheartedly, Bruce.  Although in my case (as an expatriot
Scot living in Canada), I *AM* Jim Clark.

Very coincidental that I downloaded and ran GPL for the first time on
April 7th, 1998, 30 years to the day after Jim was killed at
Hockenheim...

Ah, yes.  The inimitable Jimmy Clark.
I also remembered him on the 7th., Stewart.
