ICR2 Rendition....Driving on ice??

To all:
 As you can tell, Im not very patient with setting up cars and testing
setups..At least not in ICR2.. But anyway, my question..
Is there something wrong with the Michigan track or default setups? It
seems like the car is on ice when I drive there. Any clues?? Thanks,
