Help with NFS2se...anyone remember this game?

Hello,all!  Could someone please tell me how to import dl'ed cars into
NFs2se ?  I saw in the instructions for one car that I had to use the
Car Editor.  Unfortunately, I have no clue how!  I do have the editor.
Are these dl'ed cars taking the place of existing cars or are they added
in with all of them ?

Any help will be appreciated!
