I would like to know also.  My tires have trouble sticking
on a few tracks with a one lap warm-up.

You get two (2) qualifying laps at the following tracks:

Daytona, Talladega, C***te, Richmond, Bristol, North Wilkesboro, and
Martinsville.

All other tracks, including Indy, you get one (1) qualifying lap.
