Go to the tracks directory in Nascar and look for the .txt under each
tracks directory (ex. Atlanta.txt, Taladega.txt etc).  Use a text editor
and change the line that reads QUAL 2 1.  Change the second number to
anything you want.  I tried it with 5 and got 5 LAPS OF QUALIFYING.  That
really gave me time to heat the tires.  Also change the SPDY line (about 4
lines down) on Taladega.txt.  The first number is a 1.  Change it to a 0.
THIS REMOVES THE RESTRICTOR PLATE.  I was turning laps of 208 mph with
backstretch speeds over 220.  Better racing through cheating :)

Just wondering, when you remove the restrictor does it remove them for
all the AI cars as well.
