ICR II and accelerator processors/cards

Will ICR II support the new graphics accelerators like Glimt from
Cirrus Logic/Microsoft and/or the card from Lockheed?
[Yes, you saw right! Lockheed!!:)]

These chips will speed up polygon calculations and other 3d calculations
by n times and these cards are going to spread like wildfire because they
are going to be quite affordable.

The good thing about the accelerators is that if you don't have any you
can still play the game as before but at a substantial lower frame rate, ie
normal frame rate.

Btw I've heard through the grapevine that F1GP 2 will support the Glimt.
Not sure if this is true, though!

Initially, no. The accelerators are too new, and we would have to change
our internal 3D object formats.

Future Papyrus products will probably take advantage of these accelerator
cards, but that's just my guess.
