These are entries in the Windows registry. To access the
Windows registry you need to click on the Start button and
select run. Enter regedit and click OK. This will open the
registry editor.
At this point you need to be very very very careful as an
incorrect entry in the registry can be extremely damaging. I am
not responsible for any damage you may cause using this program.
Use the tree view on the left hand side of the registry editor
to expand the registry entry you quoted in your post and make
the change indicated.
