It is *impossible* to get through to papy.com to get the new opengl
driver.  I have a Diamond Fire GL 1000 Pro OpenGL 8MB setting next to my
12MB Voodoo2 and would like to check out the differences.

Anybody care to e-mail it to me?

Yeah gotta agree the papy servers suck big time .. been tryin for an hour to
get on there :(

Well.. they probably never expected the amount of traffic their getting.
That or they have that server running on a P90 or something.

GPL OpenGL Driver?

Just wanted to let everyone know they need to use an FTP application in
order to download the stuff off Papy's website. For some reason, the browser
ftp thingy doesn't seem to work too well.

I downloaded the demo last night as well as the OpenGL  file using CuteFTP,
and got transfer rates of about 4.8 k/sec on my 56k modem - whilst my
browser was still trying to get a good connection with the site.

FTP - it!!

Nope ... not a 14.4 modem, a *tad* bigger.  We had some temporary problems
that have been fixed.  We apologize for any agony we caused, but we're back
up and running.
