Call 1-503-615-3202.  They'll send you their new designed springs
which have another coil loop (it's wound around one more time) and
there's now a kink in the end of the spring to stop the spring from
breaking.

Hi Peter,

I have just broken mine too.

I called the Shop that sold T2 to me, and they said that they could
get 2 new for me within a week, they also asked if it was me that
called yesterday :)
Well it was not me but another one, so the SPRING must be one of T2's
problems since 2 from the same shop has the same problem, and now
I see another here in the newsgroup writing about that he has got
2 new springs, and then you....

2 Springs cost $14 US Dollars..

Well I see that you are from Denmark like myself so then try MERLIN
that the place I bought mine..

Best Regards, Flemming

Does Thrustmaster charge for the replacement springs or are they
included in the warranty (wait...was there a warranty)?  Mine haven't
broken yet but I can tell they're getting soft.  I thought I might order
some ahead in preparation for the fateful day.

I am not totally sure how customer support works outside the USA, but
Thrustmaster will send you replacement springs for free.  Also they have
just begun sending out springs of a new design, hopefully to prevent
future breakage.  I highly suggest you contact Thrustmaster directly and
request their new replacement springs.  Even a long distant phone call
to the USA will be cheaper than $14.00(US).
