racing games for the Playstation.

1. Rage Racer
  2. NFS3
  3. CART World Series racing

    Depends on what you like the most: simulation or arcade? If it's
sim, go with CART. If it's arcade, go with Rage Racer (love the gear
shifting in this game), but it doesn't have a 2 player mode, just
single. If you want a great arcade multiplayer game, go with NFS3. By
the way, CART has the link-up mode, which allows you to race against 3
of your friends. Hot Pursuit Mode in NFS3 with a friend of yours is
quite fun.
