With completely linear steering, the wheels always turn an even amount
of degrees relative to how you turn your controller. With nonlinear
steering, the steering is 'slower' when the controller is close to
center position and progressively quickens as you turn the controller
more. The latter option gives you a less twitchy and more exacting feel
for making slight, accurate corrections.

Basically ... linear is better for wheels and non-linear is better for
joysticks..

linear is how your road car is set up, non linear is less sensitive around
the middle of your wheel so as to allow joystick and wheels with limited
movement smooth control input.

use linear
