I believe the flat Homestead is one of the finest tests of endurance, and
lends itself well to exciting racing, due in no small part to the
complexities of turn 4. So many different lines through it. Little rivers of
speed run through it, you just have to find them and swim for all you are
worth.
The banked version I tried I wasn't to impressed with. Not so much with the
track but the car.

Why specifically PWF? THe uspits already have a version out and I think
most here will agree they usually are top notch with Papyrus tracks.
Gilles' version of St Jovite is one of my favorite sim tracks. The first
version I tried, Banked_Homestead, did seem a little off, 70mph pit speeds
and the grip was pretty strong. I tried the pit's Homestead2003 online and
ended up spinning repeatedly.(ok, I also seem to have strange responses
with my pedals<time to go shopping again>) But again...what is PWF
bringing to the table?

yup that was me. I got hit about 4 times and collected in other's wrecks
about 4 or 5 times. Really sad.

I don't see how anyone could have made a realistic track w/o seeing a
single race on the new config.
