Congrats goes out to Neil_C. He perservered over a long 37 race season and
takes the crown by a mere 30 points over Ginger (Dick-Trickle) who made a
valiant effort late in the season but came up just a tad short. A big WTG
goes out to Larry as well for grabbing the final podium position.

Winter series starts next week. Details to follow in a day or two.

As an addendum to this I'd like to point out that RASCAR wasnt keeping track
of points till after the *controversy* <g> so it's really not a fair
comparison of drivers actual skills this year so take the points fwiw
nothing more. Not to take anything away from anyone either as it turned out
to be a championship of perserverence and that also commands respect.
RASCAR will be a points league into the forseeable future and the
expectations from the drivers now increases.

Yeah, congrats Neil, very well deserved !. Thanks to Dave, Mitch, John,
Eldred, Jan and anyone i forgot to mention for making Rascar a fun place to
race. Congrats to all the drivers, im looking forward to racing with you all
again during the winter break :-)

Don't see why not. To me, it gives something to work towards. You can't
always win, but with points there are more considerations to occupy the mind
:)

Hey Mitch...take a week off. This coming Saturday is my Saturday to work! :)
Sick of this damn black Momo wheel. I replaced the connector but still jumps
calibration after 10-15 laps. Same situation as last week..I was just***
on hoping for a caution to recalibrate but when I saw Robert close to within 2
seconds I just pulled in and retired. I am beginning to hate computers AND
associated hardware.

Check to see if USB is sharing an IRQ with anything else. I have problems
if more than one other device shares an IRQ with USB.

I like the points too. It rewards consitency and gives you something
to race for when you know you can't win.
