Are there any good simulators with full cities to explore in? I'm
looking for one with Midtown Madness style maps, with streets that you
can explore.

Question for those two GTAs: are they top down like GTA the original
or do they give an in-car perspective?  Just wondering as I have the
original but not the follow on editions (other than London 1969).
