I have not had the opportunity to play Hawaii and measure my skills
against the best (mostly because I don't want to buy the track pack),
so tell me how good you are.  What are your best times against the
computer, and have you ever won a points championship against the
computer.

Give me best lap speeds, don't cheat!

I have taken the poll at 100% for just about every track except for
Watkins Glenn, and I know I am the best at BRISTOL.

Bristol poll at 127.xxx, best lap of 128.xxx
Taledega poll at 196.xxx and best lap of 198.xxx  ( I haven't been
able to draft a fast lap because I always take the poll)

Weekend Racer.  Gotta Lovitt
work hard and spend your money
racing.

Well I hate to break it to you, but you're not even close to the best
at Bristol.  I'm far from the best there as well, but I regularly
qualify near 130 and run anywhere from 128's up to 132's during a race.

BTW, I've seen races on Hawaii where the winner's average speed for the
entire race was over 132 at Bristol.

What are you racing at?  95% opp strength?  I don't even think 127
would get you a poll at 100%.  Better keep practicing.

For a supposed race fan you should at least learn how to spell Pole!

What a puss!  Typing fast not paying attention.  I bet you have never
made a mistake.  I asked for your lap speeds *** (did I spell that
right?).

Oh-oh, careful here.  Hawaii has a modified track model, and comparing
laps between Hawaii and NASCAR may not be 100% valid.  However, I think
you will find running against 100% computer cars is not a good
indication on how you would do against the best of Hawaii.

You can download multi.exe and run laps in practice to compare.  That
would be your best bet to see where you stand.  However, you will have
to change your setups to maximimze speed with Hawaii.

At Bristol on Hawaii, people are running laps of 134-135. My best is 133.something.

without the track pack

Hawaii uses some "fixes" and your lap times are more accurate (i.e.,
faster).  Many, including myself, turn laps on Hawaii at 133 mph and
more.

have no idea about Talladega - what version of NASCAR Racing are you
using?  version 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 or 1.21?  (it *does* make a difference
at Tally).  Bristol, non-hawaii, 130s...

Go #6 Mark Martin,#16 Ted Musgrave & #99 Jeff Burton - Jack Roush Racing!!

I finally began poppin' 132's at Bristol and thought I was plenty
fast...I am, if I turn 'em consistenly.  Jump on in and try these guys
out - but be prepared to go back to the drawing board; lots of
speedsters out there!
